IMDB rating: 5.80 Plot: Doug Ireland is the concierge of a ritzy hotel in New York. He does what he has to to satisfy the hotel’s guests, by getting them what they need; like jewelry, candy mints, and theatre tickets. He also tries to keep the manager from terminating Milton, the bellhop, who was been working at the hotel for more than half a century, who likes to think that the spirit of the hotel’s founder is still around. Doug wants to open his own hotel on Roosevelt Island. Now he has saved every cent he could to get an option on an old hotel. Now he has a matter of weeks to develop the hotel or else he will lose it. But to do it he needs at least 3 million dollars and his best chance to get it is Christian Hanover. While Hanover considers Doug’s proposal, he asks him to “take care” of his girlfriend, Andy, a girl whom Doug has the hots for but is constantly turned down when he asks her out, cause she doesn’t want to be two timing her boyfriend, Hanover. Now Hanover is married but says that “he will divorce his wife and marry her”. Doug doesn’t exactly believe him but thinks that his hotel is more important and Andy can make her own decisions. But the more Doug spends with Andy, Doug is starting to wonder what is important. |

How can I stop being jealous of my best friend?
She always gets everything she wants, and sometimes I feel like she shows it off to me. Her family isn’t exactly "successful"… her dad is a dealer. So, of course, they have money. But I can’t stand that she doesn’t appreciate ANYTHING she gets. For example, I’m lucky if I have $20 in my wallet. She complains if she has anything less than $100 and claims she’s "broke". Her dad bought her dream car (Monte Carlo, I forgot what year) and she loved it at first, but now she just decided she doesn’t like it and wants to sell it. She has a $400 cell phone she got not even a year ago, and she wants a new one. It’s not just the material things she has, her family is close. She has a big sister that loves her, She’s close with her cousins, etc. etc. My family isn’t close at all and I wish I had a family like that,k but she always complains about them. She’s so ungrateful and I feel like she doesn’t deserve anything she gets which makes me jealous. But, she’s my best friend, she’s been my best friend for 4 years and I don’t like feeling this way so how do I stop?
LOL I’ve actually had times when she would piss me off so bad that I was going to call the police. But, my dad is also in jail (idk why) and it sucks not having a dad so I didn’t do it….
Tell the police her dads a dealer hahah then see what cool stuff she gets..

if she treats you like that, than she is obviously worthy of being your friend. you should find a new best friend that treats you right and cares about your problems. you should tell her straight up how you feel and if she gets mad at you…then forget her.
